Jan 15, 2016 - Today is our last day on the Ocean Diamond. We disembark
tomorrow morning. I’m pretty sad to be leaving. I’m also jealous of our friends
who instead of going back to work are continuing on in their travels, some for
up to a year. We talk about visiting each other in our home countries, or doing
a reunion tour in the Artic in a few years. I really hope that comes to
fruition because I have met some wonderful people on this trip. All we did
today was pack up, return our borrowed gear, and enjoy our last hooray with new
friends, and the Expedition Team at the farewell dinner.
